Evening remembrances

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. { Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they do not encompass anything of His knowledge except what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation does not tire Him. And He is the Most High.} The Great . Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu’awwidhat: In the name of God, { Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Self-Sufficient. He neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him. ”} (three times). In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful . { Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak from the evil of that which He created and from the evil of darkness when it comes and from the evil of the blowers on knots and from the evil of an envier when he envies. ”} (three times). In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful . { Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind – from among jinn and mankind. ”} (three times). (We have reached the evening, and the sovereignty belongs to Allah. Praise be to Allah. There is no god but Allah, He is One, without partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is over all things competent. My Lord, I ask You for the best in this night and the best in what comes after it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil in this night and the evil in what comes after it. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and bad old age. My Lord, I seek refuge in You from punishment in the Fire and punishment in the grave.) “O Allah, with You we end the evening, with You we begin the morning, with You we live, with You we die, and to You is the final destination.” We have come to the evening on the nature of Islam, on the word of monotheism, on the religion of our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and on the religion of our father Abraham, a monotheist, a Muslim, and he was not among the polytheists. O God, whatever blessing I have or any of your creation has, it is from you alone, with no partner, so to you is praise and thanks. O God, I have come to you this evening and I bear witness to you and to the bearers of your throne, your angels and all your creation, that you are God, there is no god but you alone, you have no partner, and that Muhammad is your servant and your messenger (four times). We have reached the evening, and the sovereignty belongs to God, Lord of the worlds. O God, I ask You for the good of this night, its victory and its support, its light and its blessings, and its guidance. And I seek refuge in You from the evil in it and the evil of what comes after it. O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me, and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and Your promise as much as I am able. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your blessings upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for no one forgives sins except You. “O God, grant me health in my body. O God, grant me health in my hearing. O God, grant me health in my sight. There is no god but You. O God, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave . There is no god but You.” (Three times) “Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. In Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.” (Seven times) O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion, my worldly life, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my faults and calm my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me and behind me, from my right and from my left, and from above me. I seek refuge in Your Greatness lest I be attacked from beneath me. O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Lord of all things and their Master, I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil of Satan and his polytheism, and from committing evil against myself or causing it to be inflicted on a Muslim. In the name of God, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing (three times). I am satisfied with God as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, as my Prophet and Messenger (three times). O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, by Your mercy I seek help. Set right all my affairs for me and do not leave me to myself for the blink of an eye. I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created (three times). “O God, bless and grant peace to our Prophet Muhammad” (ten times). “There is no god but God alone, with no partner. His is the kingdom and His is the praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.” (One hundred times) 3 0614sharing
